With a sweeping, unobstructed view of Banderas Bay from Punta Mita to Los Arcos rocks, Villa Solana is a completely private condominium built in 1998. Living space is nearly 5,000sq.ft. on four levels including:
- Rooftop terrace with lush tropical plants, private 10 x 14 pool, covered dining area, lounge seating, gas barbeque grill, and bathroom with shower.
- At entry-level is the expansive living room, dining room, powder room, fully stocked kitchen and large terrace for al-fresco dining.
- Large guest suite on first lower level with wide ocean views, two balconies, two queen beds, dressing room and bathroom with shower; second guest suite with queen bed, balcony, ocean view and bathroom with shower; laundry room with washer and dryer
- Grand master suite on second lower level with king bed, extensive closets, large double-sink bathroom with soaking tub, balcony off the sitting area, and a grotto terrace with wide ocean views of Banderas Bay and the beautiful surrounding hills of Conchas Chinas.
The multiple balconies on all levels are perfect for whale-watching, observing cruise ships arriving and departing from Marina Vallarta and enjoying spectacular year-round sunsets. Villa Solana is tastefully furnished with Mexican saltillo tile floors throughout, central air-conditioning for the humid days of summer and ceiling fans in all rooms - all that's needed in the winter season when cool breezes move through the house.
The Villa is situated directly above a protected Green Area, home to clouds of small colorful parrots. A short walk down the hill is secluded Conchas Chinas beach, with clean, clear waters for swimming and snorkeling. Walk to town along the beach or catch a taxi for a 5-minute ride to the Malecon.
The Villas La Punta complex employs two full-time staff for exterior maintenance and landscaping, and to clean and maintain the pools for the villas. Villa Solana employs a housekeeper three days per week (five days if required) and a cook is available upon request.
